My name is Rechelle Baxter and I have been a Licensed PA. Realtor for almost 10years. I love my job which entales helping people in the area of customer service. I am a full time, full service agent for the Phila., Bucks, and Montgomery Counties. I stay  current and updated with continued education classes every 2 years and also carry the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist(SRES). I specialize in residential homes, short-sales, foreclosure, and HUD. I have earned many awards from RE/MAX International and from the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors.

On a more personal note, I am married to a retired United States Navy Senior Cheif who is currently an ROTC Instructor for a highschool in N.J. I have 2 grown children, a daughter who is a Pastry Chef and a son who is a full time college student at BCCC. My husband and I are involved in our church where he also teaches an adult Sunday School class and I volunteer in our nursery. We both serve on our Couples Committe and act as mentors. I have completed our Davisville Bible Institute program and completed a course in Dave Ramsey's "Financial Peace" program. My family and I are also sponcers of "Compassion Internationl" and sponcer 3 children through that organization. My husband and I enjoy the outdoors. We enjoy camping and fishing, but my husbands passion is fishing. I also have 3 dogs as I am an animal lover.

My goal is to help you find the home you have been working so hard toward finding and to help ease any fears and/or concerns you may have in the buying or selling process. My goal is also to educate you to where you understand the buying/selling process enough so that you are not confused in any way. I also want to achieve a level of confidence and trust so that you are comfortable asking any real estate questions you may have. I have clients that have commented to me, "I have a really dumb question to ask you." My comment is always, "No question is ever dumb if you don't know the correct answer!"
